Getting Personal: Clinton vs. Trump and National Heroes Day

This Jamaican female is very grateful for not having to vote in this year's United States of America election. I could go on about the politics but...I don't want to. Hilary Clinton has always been sketchy to me and Donald Trump went from an interesting new comer to a creepy crazed side show. Or full event...whatever. Wish it could all be settled easily like this meme below. If you say Digimon...I no longer know you. God Bless.

Yes that's really it. Bye. Ugh, okay...I'd vote Democrat if I had to. Now move on!

P.S.: Oops need to add a little something. Can't believe I forgot!

National Heroes Day

Today October 21, 2016 is National Heroes day in Jamaica. We remember the heroes who fought to help create a free and independent country. Some losing their very lives in the attempt. We celebrate you all today and remember you always.

Also our Prime Minister Andrew Holness has a National Heroes Day Message to share with the country.

    1. The rich don't listen to common folks' wishes, Dezzzmeister. Unlike you, I don't need them to die, but I would like them to disappear.

  2. We're going to either get the crazy or the criminal. Everybody needs to pray no matter what.

  3. I still say Hilary has already been president. I mean, who do you think was running the White House when Bill was president?

  4. I have no idea what the reference to Digimon is and for that matter I don't know how Pokemon figures into any political metaphor or connection. So much for me being up on modern cultural iconography.

Glad you're not voting here. Trump maybe is not very graceful in articulating his message though it is perfectly clear to me. The media has been grossly misrepresenting Trump and giving Clinton a pass on what she's done and what she plans to do. Her agenda is very disturbing to me.

  5. I like what Alex said. I'm voting Republican because I fear what the next Democratic president could do to the Supreme Court that will impact the next 30-50 years. I won't be alive for that time period but my children and grand(ren) will be. Their conservative nature fits more into my way of thinking than the Democratic view especially with the sanctity of life and the definition of marriage.

  6. How about Pence for president? He seems to be the only sane one out there.

  7. You summed up our election perfectly.

My nephew told me this joke:
Donald and Hilary were on a boat that sunk in shark infested water. Who survives? The American people.

Pokemon for sure. We can still be friends.

  9. Our election is crazy, but I know who I'm voting for.

This election has certainly brought out the bullies.

  11. Clinton is sketchy all right and I don't trust her one bit. And Donald Trump went from an interesting new comer to a creepy crazed side show. Nothing to add to that.

  12. What a great day to celebrate. Wishing you a super week. Luckily, I don't have to vote but we are all waiting anxiously over the pond.

  13. Happy heroes day!

This is an election I'm dreading, but I have to pick an idiot over an actual criminal. Hopefully the rest of the Whitehouse staff can make up for him. If he gets in. There is a total underground of people conspiring to make Hilary queen, I mean, president. Otherwise she'd be in jail.

  14. I'm going third party. I have problems with Clinton and I cannot overstate how much I hate Trump. He is a terrible, terrible person. With Clinton, she does have some redeeming qualities despite her immoral actions in the past, but Trump is just awful. Ugh.
