This week I celebrate the fact that Christmas is almost here. Also I got another book from my giveaway wins in the mail. I won an e-copy of Switched by Cassie Mae. And I have a special announcement when it comes to The Sacrifice Series next Wednesday. Also I'm happy for two years of blogging and all the wonderful friends I've met along the way. Love you all. Oh and the birth of Jesus, Christmas Day.

Happy Holidays Everybody!
Here in Europe (Poland is here also) Christmas completely lost their spiritual sense. Almost everyone treats Christmas as occasion to eat, drink or buy. For me it is sick, that in shops there are "Christmas purchases" even from 15th November. And I'm always very curious: why atheists celebrate Christmas?
ReplyDeleteGreetings from cold south Poland :)
You forgot to mention chocolate in your list, but apart from that it seems very accurate :-)
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a blessed Christmas time! :-)
ReplyDeleteAmen to the reason for the season!
ReplyDeleteAnd congratulations on winning Cassie's book.
Can't wait to hear your special announcement next week. Enjoy the weekend and all the Christmas time fun. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm with Zim - why do atheists celebrate Christmas?
ReplyDeleteFruitcake is disgusting. You could use it as bricks and make a house that no one would eat.
I agree with Annalisa! Otherwise MERRY CHRISTMAS! :)
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas, Sheena-kay! I'm looking forward to hearing your announcement! And enjoy Switched, it's pretty great! :)
ReplyDeleteI agree that fruitcake is gross. But have a merry christmas anyway....
ReplyDeleteIt's always fun to win a book. And the birth of Jesus rocks!
ReplyDeleteHey! Fruitcake is getting a bad rap. I think it depends on where the fruitcake comes from. I've have some pretty good ones, especially when they've been infused with rum or some other liquor.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas!

Congrats on winning a book. And a quick question - why not fruit cake, and what's the difference between it and Christmas cake (sorry, I guess that's 2 questions).
ReplyDeleteCongrats on winning a Cassie Mae book! I'm celebrating 1.) living at the beach in California, 2.) finding out my tooth does not have to be pulled--it's a sinus infection!, and 3.) having my YA horror story, Death House, get accepted for publishing (woo hoo!), as well as having my short story, "Christmas After All," released in a Christmas anthology called A Touch of Winter. Happy Holidays!
