I saw a review for this book last week and wanted it yesterday. The story sounds so deliciously dark and the cover mesmerizing. 2020 can't come fast enough.

I got to read an early digital copy of this graphic novel via NetGalley. So while I was interested before, now I'm extremely excited about getting my hands on this book. The story and art are phenomenal.

This book releases in September and that is not soon enough for me to get my grubby little hands on it.  What would you do to save those you care about? A simple question. Yes, I'm a little late but I still wanted to get this out. I have known Tonja Drecker as a blogger for a while. She's fun, infection and a hard worker. Imagine my surprise finding out this month that she has a book coming out. Due to my health issues and personal stuff, I have fallen behind on blogging and news. Finding this out though makes me very happy. Tonja has reviewed and supported books for young readers for years. She's the perfect person to bring such a book to life. Congrats girl, I can't wait to read your book in 2019.

Pretty sure the first I saw this book was Twitter where someone shared the cover reveal. Before I never heard of it but buy when I did, hooked immediately. The cover is absolutely gorgeous but the blurb is what sealed the deal. I want to know about these queens, I want to know more about the main character and I want to read this book now! Sadly I have to wait until 2019 but there's no question that I'm excited about this release.
