Sorry about no Wednesday post. Here's what would have gone up yesterday.
Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly event hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine that allows us to spotlight books we are eagerly anticipating to be released.
Seeing the cover attracted my attention first. It definitely has a vibe which matches the title. The blurb is even more interesting.
Release Date: April 2, 2019
Blurb: A girl who can speak to gods must save her people without destroying herself.
A prince in danger must decide who to trust.
A boy with a monstrous secret waits in the wings.
Together, they must assassinate the king and stop the war.
In a centuries-long war where beauty and brutality meet, their three paths entwine in a shadowy world of spilled blood and mysterious saints, where a forbidden romance threatens to tip the scales between dark and light. Wicked Saints is the thrilling start to Emily A. Duncan’s devastatingly Gothic Something Dark and Holy trilogy.
I'm definitely intrigued to read this novel when it comes out. How about you? Thanks for stopping by and see you on Friday.

Sounds like an exciting story.
ReplyDeleteI found this piece quite by accident, just scrolling through the blog. Sometimes you really find the perfect pearls)) I think this book is really worth it) I found it on pdfmania. Apparently enough time has passed for open access. But this book captured me so much that I don't mind listing a little donation to the author)
