Book Description:

When Drake started the night at his father’s campaign fundraiser, he never imagined he’d end it being conned into buying drugs on the West Side. Losing high-stakes poker has its consequences, but he’d repeatedly face them just to hear Lacey Douglas sing. Drake sees Lacey light up the stage, and he has to have her. But his intentions for being on her side of town turn out to be the reason he can’t.
Chicago native Lacey has dreams of the opera, but life has its obstacles. Lacey has come to know her hardships as part of living in the real world and accepts them fully. When Lacey meets the intense and invigorating Drake, a fire is lit inside her, unleashing those dreams again.
Two paths that should have never crossed prove to create the exact pairing the other needs. But when their worlds take time to catch up, everything they have is tested. Finding the space between the two sides that challenge them will be hard, but it’s the only place that will keep them together.
The Space Between is a new adult contemporary romance.

Hi I'm Sheena-kay Graham and I decided to participate in the Re-Introduce Myself Blogfest. So I'm a Christian and Jamaican who loves to read and absolutely has to write. Whether it's fiction or fan fiction, writing is a huge part of my life. This year I plan to self publish four novellas from The Sacrifice Series starting  this May. Also hoping to have my novel Escaping Wonderland written and edited by the end of March so I can start sending it out to agents. I'm crazy about YA and my new faves include the Divergent series and will include Beautiful Creatures as soon as I get my hands on the book. Yes I love it that much and can't wait for the movie. I have like three movies I want to see this month (Warm Bodies, Beautiful Creatures, Hansel and Gretel) which is funny because I didn't see more than one in a month last year. Saving is going well though. Wish me luck.

At age 28 I'm single and enjoy reading whenever I can and going to the movies. Been blogging a little over a year now and so happy with the fellow bloggers and writers that I've met. I'm mainly a quiet person unless I hit a topic that I really love then I might transform into a chatterbox. My blog Queendsheena has really brought me out my writing shell and while I'm still not the biggest sharer of my poetry, I have shared my writings and w.i.p.s. quite handsomely. My crazy imagination also keeps novel idea coming which is both a blessing and curse for this professional dreamer. Ever got a novel idea from a facts under a Snapple Cap? I did.

Now that you've got a second chance to know me, here's a 2012 pic of me in my natural glory. Even though my hair was creamed. Sorry but the natural hair's a bit tough to manage. Have a great 2013 everyone and remember to visit others participating in this blogfest.

Holiday Fling Cover Reveal

Note: If you want to read my post for The Perfect Clone Tour click The Perfect Clone: A Promo.

Hi everyone today another Victoria Smith upcoming novel is revealed. You've probably heard about The Crimson Hunt but today I am going to introduce you to another one of her soon to be released novels, well novelette in this case. Holiday Fling is a contemporary romance of the New Adult variety. The M.C. Tarrah Reid has to decide which is worth more? A Christmas fling or a risk for something more permanent.

Book information:
Holiday Fling by: Victoria H. Smith

Release Date: November 26, 2012

Genre: New Adult Contemporary Romance (Novelette)

Book Description:

Tarrah Reid is aware that she holds the name of a famous Hollywood actress… Not that she cares, since the association helps with her "Christmas floozy” persona. She has one goal every Christmas Eve: sleep with her roommate’s cousin while the rest of the family is distracted by fruitcake. However, her annual conquest comes to a screeching halt when she winds up in the middle of a bank robbery and is miraculously saved by a handsome, redheaded stranger.

A few hours with medical student Chase Stewart has Tarrah’s mind in a daze and her heart aflutter. Suddenly, Tarrah no longer wants her fling—she wants Chase. But if there’s one thing Tarrah has discovered this Christmas Eve, it’s that the Christmas gods have it out for her. Her new favorite redhead and her fling have way more in common than just their towering heights. The anticipated announcement of fruitcake has never been more heightened. Before the fruited-pastry delight is served, Tarrah must decide what she really desires this Christmas Eve – a simple fling or something more.

A New Adult contemporary romance, Holiday Fling is a short Christmas tale with a spicy kick.

The Crimson Hunt Cover Reveal

Please Note: I forgot about The Nineties Blogfest. So no post here. Sorry.

Today I'm taking part in The Crimson Hunt Cover Reveal. Victoria took quite a leap when she decided to leave her publisher and publish her book independently. Best of luck to Victoria and hope you enjoy reading  about her book.

The Crimson Hunt (Eldaen Light Chronicles, #1) by: Victoria H. Smith

Release Date: November 12, 2012

Genre: New Adult Science Fiction Romance

Summary: College junior Ariel Richmond is working on year three of Project Normalcy.

Her house reeks of keggers past and her bestie is just a slight bit vulgar. But the thing is—they both aid in making life refreshingly uneventful.

So much for hard-earned mediocrity when Luca Grinaldi appears on the scene.

Luca’s sudden presence on campus is hard to ignore. Those bright eyes act like a beacon to unsuspecting females, and with features like his, he’s got to be moonlighting for GQ. Luca hopelessly captivates Ariel with his confidence and charisma, but the mysteries surrounding him make him nearly untouchable. And just when Ariel grows close enough to unlock his secrets, a tragic event sends her life in a downward spiral.

That steady life is no longer an option and allies quickly become scarce. The mysterious Luca seems to be the only one willing to help her—but with that trust comes the burden of his secrets. He has a dark mission of otherworldly proportions, and is willing to sacrifice as many lives as it takes to see it completed.

Gone are the days of simply maintaining normalcy, and if Ariel isn’t cautious with her trust, so soon may be her future.
